My cousin Lisa posted a blog about the most beautiful place she has been. This obviously made me think of the most beautiful place I have visited. We took this picture on our honeymoon cruise. Our last stop was at Cozumel, and from there we travelled to Tulum. After hours of walking around in desert heat in the summer without water, we stumbeled upon this spectacular view. We may have been tired, hot, and thirsty, but I will always remember standing atop that cliff looking out over the caribbean. If we had known there was beach access, we would have worn our swim suits, because how inviting does that water look?...but we were ill prepared, and just had to take in the veiw with our eyes. Someday I'll go back and make sure to bring lots of drinking water, and wear my swim suit. Then it'll be the perfect view and the perfect day!
